Note Sellers Check List
Check List for Selling a Residential Real Estate Note:
1. Copy of signed Promissory Note
2. Copy of signed recorded Mortgage (or Deed of Trust)
3. Copy of Settlement Statement
4. Copy of hazard insurance declaration page (or name & phone number of agent)
5. Copy of payment history (transfer your records to our file on behalf of payor
6. Social security number of payor
7. Home & work phone number of payor
8. Pictures or Appraisal (if available)
Please verify that you have possession of your ORIGINAL signed Note and ORIGINAL signed and recorded Mortgage (or Deed of Trust). Be very careful while faxing copies not to misplace your ORIGINAL'S. You will need them at closing to be funded.
