Contract Sellers Check List
Check List for Selling a Residential Real Estate Contract, Land Contract, or Contract for Deed:
1. Copy of signed Contract
2. Copy of your recorded Warranty Deed
3. Copy of hazard insurance declarations page (or name & phone number of agent)
4. Copy of payment history (transfer your records to our file on behalf of payor(s)
5. Social security numbers of payor(s)
6. Home & work phone numbers of payor(s)
7. Name & phone number of escrow company or servicing agent (if any)
8. Pictures
Please verify that you have possession of your ORIGINAL signed Contract. Be very careful while faxing copies not to misplace your ORIGINAL'S. You will need them at closing to be funded.
